After your inquiry is submitted, our amazing admin, Jo, will be in touch to schedule a quick administrative consultation. This consult is an opportunity to review basic details, address any initial questions, and ensure we’re able to provide the services you’re looking for.
Admin Consultation and Fit Evaluation
During the admin consult, Jo will ask questions to better understand your goals for therapy or coaching and evaluate whether our services align with your needs. If it seems like a good fit, Jo will help you schedule a therapist consultation with Dina to dive deeper into your goals and expectations.
Therapist Consultation with Dina
In this session, Dina will connect with you to learn more about your story and the challenges you’d like to address. Together, you’ll explore your goals for therapy or coaching and determine if Dina’s approach feels right for you. If all goes well, Dina will guide you toward scheduling your first official session.
Scheduling Your First Session
Once you’ve completed the initial steps, Dina will work with you to set up your first session. Most clients begin with weekly sessions to establish a consistent rhythm and build momentum in their healing or growth journey.
Complete Missing Documents
Before your first session, you’ll need to complete any required paperwork, such as informed consent forms or intake questionnaires. These documents ensure we’re aligned on expectations and provide a foundation for your care. Jo will guide you through this process to make it as smooth as possible.

Ongoing Treatment or Coaching
After the first session, your journey begins! Sessions will typically continue weekly to start, but the frequency may adjust based on your preferences and progress. Dina will provide a supportive and consistent space for you to work toward your goals, reflect on your growth, and navigate challenges as they arise.
