Payment Policy -
To provide you with the highest-quality personalized care and ensure the confidentiality of your medical records, Help Send Therapy does not contract directly with insurance providers. Payment for services is due at the time of your session and can be made using a credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card. Upon request, we can provide you with a detailed superbill, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan and provider.
Additionally, we are committed to transparency in our pricing and policies. If you have any questions about session costs, payment methods, or documentation, feel free to contact us.
